1:1 Education Specialist

This role offers a unique opportunity to work as a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, supporting an individual student in a vibrant school in Lymington.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in working with children in a 1:1 setting, preferably in a classroom setting.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe key responsibilities of this role include:
- Delivering targeted support to an assigned student, aiding learning and behaviour management.
- Collaborating with teaching staff to plan and implement individualised educational strategies.
- Adapting and modifying resources to suit the pupil's unique learning needs.
- Maintaining accurate records of progress and communicating updates to relevant staff and parents.
- Ensuring a safe, inclusive and positive learning environment in line with the school's values and standards.
The salary for this role is £83,500 per annum (£76.92 - £95.68 per day), with ongoing training and professional development opportunities available.
