Job DescriptionWe are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic French speaking Customer Advisor to join our team in our Edinburgh office. As a Customer Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving queries via Call, Chat, and Email.
Key Responsibilities- Provide resolutions to customers with empathy, patience, and compassion.
- Attend regular team huddles to stay up-to-date with the latest promotions, initiatives, and company policies/procedures.
- Assist in ad hoc assigned projects to support the team's goals.
- Customer service experience.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Effective communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Proficient typing abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and logical in challenging situations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
