About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic French speaking Customer Advisor to join our team in Edinburgh. As a Customer Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving their travel queries via call, chat, and email.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle customer inquiries with empathy, patience, and compassion.
  • Attend regular team huddles to stay updated on the latest promotions, initiatives, and company policies.
  • Assist in ad-hoc assigned projects to support the team's goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Customer service experience with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
  • Fluency in French and English, with excellent communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and proficient typing abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm and logical in challenging situations, with excellent problem-solving skills.
