SEMH Assistant Graduate Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to launch their career in the mental health sector. As a SEMH Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the mental health and wellbeing of vulnerable young people.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver individual and group interventions to promote positive mental health outcomes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of mental health strategies.
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to provide comprehensive support to students.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Psychology or Criminology (or equivalent).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
We offer a competitive salary of £22,500 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities and a supportive working environment.
