A well-established specialist school in Guildford is looking for a highly skilled Young Minds Educator to support children with SEMH needs. As a Mental Health Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the teaching staff to develop strategies that promote positive mental health outcomes for students.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the importance of building strong relationships, empathy, and resilience. You will work with students who have suffered adverse childhood experiences, identifying risks and needs, and providing individualized support to ensure they feel empowered and confident.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, with a focus on student welfare and academic achievement. We offer a competitive daily rate of £85-£100, with a start date in Jan 2025 or ASAP, term time only.

In addition to your daily rate, you will receive comprehensive on-site training and support, ensuring your ongoing professional development and confidence in delivering high-quality education to students.
