Psychology Graduate Mental Health Position

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Psychology or Criminology Graduate to join our specialist school in Guildford as a Mental Health Support Assistant.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with students who require additional support, while contributing to the development of effective interventions to promote student well-being.
You will work in a collaborative environment with our experienced staff team, sharing ideas and best practices to drive improvement in student outcomes.
Key Aspects of the Role
- Deliver high-quality support to students with SEMH needs, building strong relationships and trust
- Support the development and implementation of individualized education plans
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, parents/carers, and other stakeholders
A competitive salary of £26,000 - £29,000 per annum, depending on experience, is available for this rewarding role.
