Mental Health Intervention Graduate

ABehaviour Mentor is required to work with students who have Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. The successful candidate will be highly motivated and have a passion for supporting vulnerable young people.
In this role, you will work closely with students to identify and address their individual needs and challenges. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing behaviour management strategies and providing pastoral support to help students manage their emotions and behaviours.
With a degree in Psychology, Criminology or Counselling, you will bring a unique perspective to this role and be able to provide expert support to our students. The estimated salary for this position is £26,000-£32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
