Academics Ltd is seeking a highly motivated Teaching Assistant to support children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in a specialist school setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of child development and be able to create a supportive learning environment.

In this role, you will work closely with teachers to develop lesson plans, implement behavior management strategies, and provide individualized support to students. You should be confident in your ability to build strong relationships with children and colleagues alike.
