About This Opportunity

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Bid Writer, providing support to our senior team in delivering high-quality bid documents, PQQs, case studies, competitions entries, award submissions, and newsletters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the senior team to deliver high-quality bid documents, PQQs, case studies, competitions entries, award submissions, and newsletters.
  • Collaborate with marketing manager in writing content for use in the bids, presentations, and other materials.
  • Manage all supporting documentation, ensuring a cohesive and consistent approach.
  • Identify tender opportunities and monitor tender portals and OJEU notices, and present relevant opportunities to the management team.
  • Produce and compile bid documents for RFQs and solicitations.
  • Manage and update writing collateral including publications, portfolios, and CVs.
  • Review competitions lists and compile PQQs, tenders, proposals, and presentations.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in writing and understanding bids and proposals within architecture.
  • Previous experience working on architectural projects.
  • APMP/Shipley/Prince2 qualifications.
  • InDesign and Microsoft 365 suite, including PowerPoint, SharePoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to write clearly for an international audience.
