Tender Manager Coordinator

Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum

About the Role

Bid Solutions is seeking an experienced Tender Manager Coordinator to join its team. As Tender Manager Coordinator, you will support the bid team in managing and winning tender opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the bid team in achieving successful outcomes for allocated tenders.
  • Assist in developing a coherent bid strategy in conjunction with the Business Development Manager and Sector Director.
  • Contribute to evaluating winning strategies and directing the team and resources to focus on activities that enhance the chance of bid success.
  • Support the tender commercial strategy.
  • Arrange necessary internal meetings, including Kick off and Settlement meetings.
  • Assist in agreeing bid budgets and monitoring expenditure with the Head of Management.
  • Support tender programme management.
  • Participate in corporate approval processes in conjunction with the Work Winning Director.
  • Keep senior management informed of developments on tenders and gain acceptance of key decision points.
  • Communicate effectively with joint venture partners and key supply chain.
  • Work with commercial managers to understand route maps to deliver margin set within business plans.
  • Arrange and coordinate tender and post-tender meetings/interviews with clients/employers' agents.
  • Evaluate Quality Submissions and ensure correct resources are in place and timescales are met.
  • Disseminate tender feedback once results are known.
