About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Support and Enablement Professional to join our team as a Part-Time, Fixed Term Contract Learning Support Assistant 1:1. This role will involve supporting a pupil with additional needs, enhancing progress and raising achievement in any curriculum area both inside and outside the classroom.

To be successful in this position, you will have experience of working in an educational environment and with children with Special Educational Needs. You will also have a solid understanding of the SEND Code of Practice and strategies to support children with additional needs.

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include enhanced maternity/paternity/adoption leave, cycle to work scheme, 24/7 wellbeing support through Cognita Care First, and free school lunches.
