Job Description

As a Service Desk Analyst at Coforge, you will be responsible for providing technical support to users on day-to-day issues involving Windows 10, Office, and other business applications. You will be the first point of contact for users experiencing technical issues and will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving these issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to users via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network
  • Document and escalate issues to appropriate support groups
  • Work with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems
  • Perform daily system monitoring and verify the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, and systems
Requirements
  • 2-6 years of experience in a Service Desk or Desktop Support role
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and O Suite of applications
  • Experience supporting Windows, Office, and standard desktop applications
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams, Azure Active Directory, and Video Conferencing
  • Understanding of General Network topologies and hardware devices
