Service Desk Analyst

Are you a customer-focused individual with a passion for technical support? Do you have experience working in a fast-paced service desk environment?
We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team at the British Heart Foundation. As a key member of our helpdesk team, you will be the first point of contact for end-users, providing exceptional customer service and technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for a wide range of IT issues
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Participate in a weekend cover rota to ensure 24/7 support for our shops and stores
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will have a strong understanding of Windows OS, LAN/WAN networking essentials, and MS Office suite of applications. Previous experience with administration of users within Active Directory and remote support tools is also essential.
