About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated National Account Manager to join our team in the UK grocery and high street sector, focusing on feminine care products. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing national accounts with major grocers and health-focused retailers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hold full P&L responsibility for designated accounts
- Manage and nurture existing relationships with national account holders
- Actively prospect for and win new business opportunities
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive growth and profitability
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and identify new gaps and opportunities
- Report back to the business on performance and provide actionable insights
Requirements:
- Experience working with UK grocers or health-focused high-street retailers at a national level
- Proven track record of managing P&Ls, JBPs, and forecasts
- A background in FMCG (open to category)
- A hunter mentality, able to work in a fast-paced environment
- An interest in sustainability and feminine care
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work remotely and travel to London once a week
