As a Male Complex Needs Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve this goal. Your responsibilities will include supporting individuals with complex needs, maintaining a safe and healthy environment, and promoting their independence.

Key Responsibilities
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting individuals with complex needs, including those with autism and learning disabilities
  • Maintaining a safe and healthy environment, including managing behaviours that challenge
  • Promoting the independence of service users, including assisting with daily living tasks and activities

Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must have a full manual UK driving license and be comfortable driving alternative vehicles. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to remain calm under pressure.
