We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Ribbons and Reeves Limited. In this role, you will be working closely with students with Autism, providing support and assistance to help them achieve their academic and social goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and prepare materials to inspire individual learning
  • Keep written records of pupil observations and provide feedback to parents
  • Carry out general Teaching Assistant responsibilities in class as required
  • Work under the supervision of the school SENCo and various Class Teachers
  • Provide effective support to students, helping to build social confidence and academic engagement

This role will include extensive in-house and external training to further develop your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Psychology or related degree from a top UK University
  • Experience working with children is desirable but not required
  • Patient and calming manner with the ability to support others
