Trainee Sales Negotiator

**Trainee /Junior Lettings Negotiator - London (minimum experience required)**

**Salary - £18,000 - £20,000 OTE £40,000**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Daily management of tenants and actively searching for new properties
- Arranging, organising, and conducting viewings
- Negotiating offers and ensuring the best outcome is agreed for the client
- Relationship building with tenants and clients
- Managing the tenancy process and assisting the office manager with progression
- Achieving monthly and yearly targets

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:

- Self-motivation and a pro-active attitude
- The capability of working effectively under pressure and in a fast-changing environment
- Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
- No previous agency experiences necessary
- Full driving license not essential but preferred
