Deputy Nurse Home Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Deputy Home Manager in a leading nursing home in the Knutsford, Cheshire area.

About the Role

As a Deputy Home Manager, you will be responsible for providing inspiring leadership to nursing and care colleagues, overseeing the delivery of high-quality clinical and pastoral care, and supporting the Home Manager in the day-to-day management of the home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents
  • Provide personalized care to residents, working closely with the care team to ensure excellent standards of care
  • Engage with service users and their families to understand their needs and preferences
  • Build and maintain excellent working relationships with external care professionals, families, visitors, and staffing teams
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care programs that promote ownership and involvement of service users and their families
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £25.00 per hour and an annual salary of £52,000, as well as opportunities for career development and growth within a fast-growing group. Additionally, we provide an enhanced DBS check and a pension scheme.
