Job Title: Deputy Nurse Home Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Meridian Business Support Limited. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in assisting the Home Manager in the day-to-day operations of the nursing home, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Home Manager in the management of the nursing home, including staff supervision and training
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the individual needs of residents
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of care and safety within the home
  • Collaborate with the Home Manager to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Deputy Manager in a nursing home or similar setting
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
  • Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing priorities and situations
