Deputy Nurse Home Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Nurse Home Manager to join our team at a leading nursing home in Knutsford, Cheshire.

About the Role

As a Deputy Nurse Home Manager, you will be responsible for providing inspiring leadership to nursing and care colleagues, overseeing the delivery of high-quality clinical and pastoral care, and supporting the Home Manager in their duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of residents
  • Provide personalized care to residents, working closely with the care team
  • Engage with service users and their families to understand their needs and preferences
  • Build and maintain excellent working relationships with external care professionals, families, and staffing teams
  • Promote ownership of care programs by involving service users and their families in developing, agreeing, and evaluating care programs
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must be a qualified Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin. You should have a good working knowledge of CQC standards and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
