Deputy Home Manager Job Description

**Job Summary**

Time Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a highly experienced Deputy Home Manager to join our client's award-winning care home group. As a Deputy Home Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the management team and contributing to the delivery of high-quality care services.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Oversee the nursing team and support staff in delivering exceptional care to residents
* Assist with clinical governance and auditing, staff development, and rota planning
* Collaborate with the management team to ensure the smooth operation of the care home
* Support with CQC preparation and assessments
* Liaise with families and residents to ensure their needs are met

Our client's care home is a 48-bed residential care home that offers a range of care services, including residential care, dementia care, general nursing, and palliative care. As a Deputy Home Manager, you will work closely with the management team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care services.
