Job Title: Deputy Nursing Home Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Nursing Home Manager to join our team at TRCGroup. As a Deputy Nursing Home Manager, you will play a key role in the management of our nursing home, working closely with the Home Manager to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the management of nursing home operations to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the care staff and assume full management in the absence of the Home Manager.
  • Train and supervise care staff in all aspects of their work.
  • Conduct pre-admission assessments of residents and ensure that care plans and daily records are up-to-date.
  • Foster effective communication with residents' families and other organizations.
Requirements:
  • NMC registered nurse with relevant experience.
  • Ability to engage with service users to understand their needs.
  • Good working knowledge of CQC standards.
  • Ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with external care professionals, families, visitors, and staffing team.
