Job Opportunity for a Dedicated Nurse Deputy Home Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Deputy Home Manager to join our team at a leading healthcare provider in the Knutsford, Cheshire area. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care and leadership to our residents and nursing staff.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing and management, with experience in leading teams and implementing high-quality care practices. You will be responsible for supporting the Home Manager, overseeing the delivery of clinical and pastoral care, and ensuring the highest standards of governance and compliance.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing inspiring leadership and guidance to nursing and care colleagues
  • Overseeing the delivery of high-quality clinical and pastoral care
  • Developing and implementing care plans and assessments
  • Collaborating with external care professionals and families to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Maintaining the highest levels of clinical governance and compliance
