We are seeking a recent Psychology graduate to work at a SEN school in Tamworth, providing support for children aged 11+ years old with significant learning difficulties, autism, and speech & language difficulties.

The successful candidate will provide tailored support to students throughout their academic day on a 1:1 basis or in small groups, working in a supportive environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing individualized support and working with children with SEN
  • Creating a safe and engaging environment that fosters fun, learning, and success
  • Affording academic support on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
  • Assisting teachers in their daily tasks

To be considered for this role, applicants should have a relevant degree in Speech & Language or Psychology and experience of supporting pupils with SEN.

The estimated salary for this position is £90 per day, paid on a term-time only basis. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and young people.
