Lead Psychologist

Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to join our expanding health and justice services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality psychological services to individuals with complex needs.
You will work closely with Probation Service staff to develop and deliver systematic provisions for psychologically informed sentence management. Your expertise will help ensure effective engagement with service users and contribute to the development of workforce development through training delivery.
This part-time post offers flexibility, with potential opportunities for additional hours. A competitive salary is available, estimated at £45,000-£60,000 per annum.
Job Requirements- Postgraduate doctoral level training in applied psychology
- Experience working with people with severe and enduring mental health problems
- Ability to maintain professionalism in highly emotive and distressing situations
