Are you a skilled trainer with a passion for digital access solutions? We are seeking an experienced Academy Manager to lead the development and delivery of educational courses for our Digital Access Solutions business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and delivering a comprehensive training program that supports the growth ambitions of our business. This will involve developing and delivering courses that cover the solutions and products being marketed, as well as ensuring that training material is up-to-date and available as e-Learning.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record in sales and training, who has experience in marketing electronic security or building management products and technology solutions. Knowledge of UK access control systems and distributors would be an advantage.

As Academy Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and delivering a full prospectus of courses covering the solutions and products being marketed.
  • Ensuring that training material is up-to-date and available as e-Learning.
  • Investigating and implementing suitable e-Learning tools in line with ASSA ABLOY UK IT Policy and Marketing.
  • Preparing and delivering sales presentations and demonstrations to support the sales teams.
