Are you a skilled trainer with a passion for developing educational content? We are seeking a Digital Access Solutions Academy Manager to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and delivering high-quality training programs that support the growth and success of our business.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of accomplishment in a sales/training role and experience in marketing electronic security or building management products and technology solutions. You will be responsible for developing and delivering a full prospectus of courses covering our solutions and products, as well as owning the training strategy for our Digital Access Solutions business.

We are looking for someone who is a strong communicator, has excellent presentation skills, and is able to work effectively in a team environment. If you have a passion for training and development, and are looking for a challenging and rewarding role, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver high-quality training programs that support the growth and success of our business.
  • Own the training strategy for our Digital Access Solutions business.
  • Develop and deliver a full prospectus of courses covering our solutions and products.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and demonstrations to support our sales teams.

Requirements:

  • Proven record of accomplishment in a sales/training role.
  • Experience in marketing electronic security or building management products and technology solutions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
