About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physiotherapist to join our Musculoskeletal (MSK) Outpatient Physiotherapy teams at University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust.

Key Responsibilities
  • To assess and treat patients with musculoskeletal conditions, working autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • To supervise and educate junior staff and students, including physiotherapy students and therapy assistants.
  • To contribute to the development of the MSK service, including the implementation of evidence-based practice and the evaluation of service outcomes.
  • To work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care and to contribute to the development of the trust's musculoskeletal services.
Requirements
  • BSc or equivalent in Physiotherapy and HCPC registration.
  • Membership of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and evidence of ongoing continuing professional development (CPD).
  • NHS experience, including rotations in MSK Outpatients and evidence of participating in delivering training.
