Business Development Executive - £25k basic OTE £50k+ (uncapped)
At Optimise Talent Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to join our team in the Salford area of Manchester. This is a genuine opportunity to accelerate your sales career, whether you are looking to move from B2C Sales into a business-to-business Sales role or have B2B experience and want to work for a company that prides itself on fairness, transparency, a consistent commission structure with no moving goal posts and structured progression into senior internal sales roles or field sales.
This is a new business role, calling small to medium enterprises to promote one of the biggest brands in the industry with a product range that has numerous unique selling points (USPs). Calling data will be provided, but this is not a dialler-based sales job; Calls will vary in length and complexity, resulting in both closing sales over the phone and appointment setting for the field staff for larger business opportunities.
