Job Title: Marketing Business Development Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a Marketing Business Development Specialist to join our team at Bupa. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a range of cross-channel marketing activities that support customer communication journeys across acquisition and in-life comms.

About the Role

  1. Deliver a range of cross-channel marketing activity which supports customer communication journeys across acquisition and in life comms.
  2. Lead on the creation and delivery of engaging customer content across multiple channels including email, media partnerships, LinkedIn and website.
  3. Support the development of email marketing in particular - help create and optimise the programme of email communications to improve engagement levels.
  4. Measure all activity against KPIs in place and have a results-focused approach.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across sales, product, proposition and service and the wider UK marketing team.
  6. Manage and deliver briefs to agencies and studio teams that are on brand and ensure first class customer communications
  7. Help to deliver sales support campaign activities to support initiatives such as quoting, onboarding and in life communications
  8. Act as the voice of the customer and ensure all communications are clear, fair and not misleading.
  9. Ensure all communications are compliant and follow financial promotions standards – including the on-going maintenance and management of all assets via a content management system

You

  1. Marketing experience, preferably B2B.
  2. Strong project management and commercial acumen.
  3. Strong analytics skills with the ability to analyse data to measure campaign success.
  4. Creativity: innovative thinking to develop fresh ideas for campaigns and strategies for success.
  5. Customer centric mindset: Understanding of customer behaviours and using insight to improve marketing effectiveness.
  6. Communications skills: Excellent verbal and written communications skills for collaborating with teams and presenting ideas.
  7. Digital Marketing experience: Understanding of core digital marketing disciplines across email, content and social.
  8. Knowledge / understanding of working in a regulated environment
