Senior Director - HEOR Market Access Europe

We are seeking an experienced health economics and market access expert to join our team as a Senior Director. This role offers the opportunity to lead the development and implementation of market access strategies for pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies in Europe.

About the Role:

  • Lead project teams and provide strategic advice to clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Oversee projects from conception to delivery, ensuring timely and budget-friendly execution
  • Identify and resolve complex issues that may impact project timelines or budgets
  • Contribute to business development initiatives, including identifying new opportunities and developing proposals

Key Qualifications:

  • MSc or PhD degree in a medical- or mathematics-related field
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in health research, health economics, or a related field, ideally in a consulting environment
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience leading small teams and mentoring junior staff
  • Strong understanding of market access principles and regulatory requirements in Europe
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop evidence-based recommendations

Competitive Salary:

$140,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience
