The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the importance of creating a safe and supportive environment for individuals, and will be able to motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional results. A strong track record of achievement in this field would be highly desirable.

The salary for this role is estimated at £95,000 - £125,000 per annum, depending on experience, and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
