Job Description:
Apricus Resourcing Ltd are looking for a Trauma-Informed Practitioner to join their team in Wokingham. In this role, you will work with individuals affected by drug and alcohol misuse, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate client care to enable access to pharmacological interventions, including opiate substitute therapy or relapse prevention medication.
• Identify safeguarding issues and respond appropriately using local authority and national guidelines.
• Assist individuals in exploring and planning for future employment, training, and education opportunities, as well as aftercare.

Requirements:
• A genuine background or passion for drug and alcohol recovery services.
• Experience in using assessment tools and working one-to-one with vulnerable client groups.
• Evidence of clinical knowledge gained through continuous work within the alcohol sector.

Benefits:
This is an ongoing locum position working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm with one day of home working per week. The estimated salary for this position is £29,000 per annum.
