Job Description:

We are looking for an Educational Support Practitioner to join our team in London. As a Therapeutic Education Practitioner, you will work with hard-to-reach young people, providing individual and group support to help them overcome challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver therapeutic education programs, focusing on building resilience and trust
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide holistic support to students
  • Contribute to the development of strategies to improve student outcomes

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working with young people with SEMH, ACEs, ASC, sensory, or communication difficulties
  • Demonstrated understanding of trauma-informed practices and therapeutic education principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships
  • Flexibility to travel across London, with regular attendance at team meetings
