About This Opportunity

NYKays Ltd is seeking an experienced Educational Support Practitioner to join our team, supporting children with PMLD and SEN.

Main Responsibilities
  • Supporting children with PMLD and SEN on a 1:1 basis, fostering their growth and development.
  • Assisting Teachers in delivering tailored education and care, meeting individual needs and abilities.
  • Collaborating with other support staff to maintain a safe and productive learning environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 months of experience supporting children with PMLD and SEN on a 1:1 basis.
  • A strong commitment to working with children with special educational needs, demonstrating patience and understanding.
  • The ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities, maintaining a calm and patient attitude.
What You'll Receive
  • An estimated salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, based on experience.
