Business Performance Manager

AVASK Accounting & Business Consultants is seeking a highly skilled Operational Performance Manager to lead the operations for our Indirect Tax services. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with internal and external partners to maintain end-to-end accuracy in our VAT processes and manage internal projects related to VAT compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the implementation of VAT-related control activities to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Design and develop best-in-class quality assurance products to drive operational excellence.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to execute VAT-related projects and drive operational efficiency.
- Develop and monitor KPIs to track customer success outcomes and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with Directors to support their vision and company goals through strategic planning and forecasting.
- Detail-oriented with excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience and knowledge working in a highly regulated financial environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills to identify, network, and manage key stakeholders.
- Proficient in preparing KPI performance reports and forecasting.
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
