AVASK Accounting & Business Consultants is seeking an experienced Operational Performance Manager to lead our VAT compliance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing VAT-related control activities, designing quality assurance products, and collaborating with internal departments to execute VAT-related projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of VAT-related control activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Design and develop best-in-class quality assurance products to ensure accuracy and efficiency in VAT processes.
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and IT departments to execute VAT-related projects and drive operational excellence.
- Work closely with Directors to support strategic planning and forecasting, and assist in the development of KPIs and reports.
- Support the development and implementation of scalable solutions to support our growing customer base.
- Contribute to the advancement of VAT-related AI and software development.
Requirements:
- Experience working in a highly regulated financial environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify, network, and manage key stakeholders.
- Proficient in preparing KPI performance reports and forecasting.
