Key Responsibilities- Operational Excellence: Drive operational excellence within the VAT compliance team, optimizing processes and implementing scalable solutions to support our growing customer base.
- Customer Excellence & Quality Assurance: Lead the implementation of VAT-related control activities and design best-in-class quality assurance products.
- Internal Project Management: Collaborate with relevant departments (Finance, Legal, IT) to execute VAT-related projects.
- Reports and KPIs Monitoring: Develop and monitor KPIs to track customer success outcomes, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement within the Department.
- Experience: Proven experience working in a highly regulated financial environment.
- Skills: Detail-oriented with excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal skills: the ability to identify, network and manage key stakeholders, building and maintaining effective working relationships.
- Education: Relevant qualifications in a related field.
