Business Performance Manager

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in leading the operations for our Indirect Tax services. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining end-to-end accuracy in our VAT processes, collaborating with internal and external partners, and managing internal projects related to VAT compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the implementation of VAT-related control activities to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Design and develop best-in-class quality assurance products to drive operational excellence.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to execute VAT-related projects, driving operational efficiency and scalability.
- Develop and monitor KPIs to track customer success outcomes, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with Directors to support their vision and company goals through strategic planning and forecasting.
- Detail-oriented with excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience and knowledge working in a highly regulated financial environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify, network, and manage key stakeholders, building and maintaining effective working relationships.
- Proficient in preparing KPI performance reports and forecasting.
