About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer interaction.
  • Drive sales growth through effective sales techniques, product knowledge, and a passion for selling.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure excellent performance.
  • Manage store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives, including sales targets and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, as required.
