Job Description: Heat Pump Business Development Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving market growth by promoting our cutting-edge heat pump technology within the UK building services industry.
- Develop Market Presence: Enhance awareness of our heat pump solutions and establish strong relationships with key contractors to expand our presence in the UK market.
- Generate Sales Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generating a robust pipeline of qualified leads for our heat pump products.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with stakeholders, understand their needs, and tailor our solutions to meet specific project requirements.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong connections with consultants, influencers, and decision-makers within the building services sector.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious targets and align product offerings with company objectives.
- Sales Management: Manage the offsite sales pipeline for designated customers, forecast monthly orders, and follow up diligently with potential clients.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the engineering sector.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present technical information to diverse audiences.
- A proactive and results-driven mindset with a strong work ethic and commitment to exceeding expectations.
- Solid commercial acumen and numerical proficiency, with a demonstrated ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
