Job Title: Commercial Manager

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Manager to promote our brand and product portfolio, focusing on gaining market share in the building services sector, specifically in supplying heat pumps to various channels. This role will cover the whole of the UK, and you should expect to be on the road 2-3 times per week.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial management, with experience working for an engineering-biased manufacturing company. They will be responsible for increasing market awareness, creating a healthy pipeline of opportunities, and presenting designs to meet customers' requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and revenue growth.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
  3. Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  4. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure product meets customer requirements.
  5. Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed sales quotas.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in commercial management, preferably in the engineering or manufacturing sector.
  2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Flexibility to work across all areas of the business and adapt to changing priorities.
