We are seeking a talented Art Director to join our creative department at N2O. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing innovative and insight-led creative solutions for our clients in the retail sector.

With a passion for the retail/grocery sector and around 3 years' experience in a similar role, you will be responsible for supporting the Executive and Associate Creative Directors in ideating, developing, designing, and delivering creative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the development of creative concepts and ideas for retail clients.
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve commercial and creative objectives.
  • Keeping internal departments and project leads updated with progress.
  • Supporting new business pitches and producing outstanding creative concepts.
  • Enriching N2O's capability of delivering creative solutions in the retail space.

Requirements:

  • A passion for the retail/grocery sector with around 3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrable understanding of the retail environment, its touchpoints, and the customer mindset.
  • Openness to learn, collaborate, inspire, and innovate.
  • Fluency in In-Design, Illustrator, and other Creative Suite programmes, as well as MS Office.
  • Ability to blend commercial awareness with passion and creative flair.
