About the Role

We are seeking an Art Director to join our creative department, a key player in imagining and delivering innovative brand experiences for top-tier clients. As a creative thinker and visual communicator, you will work closely with our Executive and Associate Creative Directors to develop and execute creative solutions that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior creatives and other departments to ideate, develop, and deliver creative solutions for our retail clients.
  • Lead on projects, working closely with team members to achieve commercial and creative objectives.
  • Keep internal stakeholders and project leads informed of progress.
  • Support new business pitches by developing compelling creative concepts that inspire and secure new clients.
  • Contribute to N2O's capability in delivering creative solutions in the retail space.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital and experiential trends and share knowledge with the team.
Requirements
  • A passion for the retail/grocery sector, with around 3 years' experience in a similar role within retail activation/FMCG focused agency.
  • Proficiency in In-Design, Illustrator, and other Creative Suite programs, as well as MS Office.
  • Ability to balance commercial awareness with creative flair.
  • Strong brand awareness and experience in pushing boundaries and evolving brands.
