We are seeking a highly skilled Art Director to join our creative department at N2O. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing innovative and effective creative solutions for our retail clients.

Our team creates immersive brand experiences that drive engagement and loyalty. We work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their goals. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our Executive and Associate Creative Directors to ideate and develop creative solutions for our retail clients.
  • Lead on projects, working closely with team members and other departments to achieve commercial and creative objectives.
  • Keep internal departments and project leads informed of progress.
  • Support new business pitches, developing creative concepts that inspire and secure new clients.
  • Contribute to the development of N2O's capabilities in delivering creative solutions for the retail sector.

Requirements

  • A strong understanding of the retail environment and its touchpoints, with around 3 years' experience in a similar role within retail activation or FMCG-focused agencies.
  • Demonstrable commercial awareness and ability to blend this with creative flair.
  • Fluency in In-Design, Illustrator, and other Creative Suite programmes, as well as MS Office.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and think innovatively.
