About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our sales team at MCFT. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for driving new business and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling and prospecting
  • Set up appointments for our Business Development Manager to meet with potential customers
  • Track and analyze sales progress to hit meeting targets
  • Support tender opportunities and assist in compiling documentation and presentations
  • Assist in generating quotations and maintaining accurate CRM data
  • Act as the first point of contact for regional sales queries and support other colleagues across the company
Requirements
  • Proven success in a similar sales role with a focus on new business development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Resilient and persistent, with the ability to handle objections and challenging situations
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with CRM systems and IT programs is a plus
