About the Role
  We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Practice Area Assistant to join our team in Belfast. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our fee-earning colleagues, ensuring the smooth operation of our practice areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality administrative support to fee-earning colleagues
  • Assist with billing administration, including creating pre-bills and editing bills
  • Support the creation and management of client datasites and deeds schedules
  • Manage day-to-day tasks, including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents

Requirements:
  • 1 year's experience in an administrative role
  • Typing speed of 45 wpm with 98% accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite

Estimated Salary:£28,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience.
