Hadrian is a cybersecurity startup revolutionizing the industry with its real-time Exposure Management platform. We're seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our demand generation efforts and drive growth.

About the Role:

As the Head of Demand Generation, you will be responsible for building a robust pipeline for our sales team through targeted outbound efforts, leveraging SDRs, events, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns. You will also focus on boosting traffic to our website via SEM, paid acquisition, SEO, social media, referrals, and other inbound channels, with a focus on converting visitors into qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads to our sales team
  • Manage and optimize our marketing budget to maximize ROI across various channels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Sales, and Product, to ensure the success of marketing campaigns
  • Nurture leads and users throughout the funnel, aiming to enhance lead quality, drive upgrades, expand revenue, and improve retention rates
Requirements:
  • 10 years of relevant work experience, with at least 5 years in a similar role within a high contract value B2B SaaS environment
  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to interpret data to drive growth
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
