As we continue to expand our global presence, we are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Head of Demand Generation to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving our growth trajectory, developing and executing innovative demand-generation strategies, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic demand-generation plans to target our ideal customer profile, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration, and driving results through data-driven decision making.
  • Drive our allbound strategy, ensuring the pipeline is filled with qualified leads, and facilitating easier sales conversions.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure alignment and optimize the customer journey from lead to customer.
  • Serve as the link between Strise and external agencies, driving new ideas, tactics, and insights.
  • Focus on customer pain points, tailoring messaging to effectively address these needs.
  • Engage in all aspects of demand generation, leveraging tools and technologies, such as AI, to drive results.
Requirements
  • Strong background in demand generation or digital marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with demonstrated experience in building high-performing teams.
  • Commercially driven, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful demand-generation strategies driving 3x growth.
  • Customer-obsessed, with an in-depth understanding of customer pain points and effective messaging, as well as how to sell digitally.
  • Willingness to utilize available tools, including AI, to drive results.
