Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Demand Generation Lead to join our team at 3T Software Labs. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute full-funnel, multi-touch campaigns to drive demand and revenue growth.
  • Own the reporting process for demand generation activities, analyzing performance data to inform strategic decisions and improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop cohesive and impactful campaigns, strengthen pipeline quality, and identify opportunities to improve the buyer journey and experience.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing demand generation team, inspiring and mentoring team members to achieve success and foster a culture of collaboration and commercial alignment.
  • Develop and refine effective marketing strategies that accelerate growth, leveraging commercial acumen and a passion for understanding our market and creating value for customers.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions, driving business growth and revenue.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in demand generation, marketing operations, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Commercial acumen, with a passion for understanding our market and creating value for customers.
  • Experience managing or working with digital marketing teams or agencies would be advantageous.
